Giovanni Matteo Quer

Giovanni M. Quer is a visiting researcher at the Forum Europa of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, working on EU human rights foreign policy. Previously, he has worked for the Delegation of the European Union to the State of Israel, for the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and the NGO Public Committee against Torture in Israel.
Languages: fluent in English, Hebrew, French, and Portuguese; intermediate knowledge of German and Spanish; basic knowledge of Arabic, Persian, and Kiswahili.
Research and professional interests: human rights, minority rights, Israel studies, law and literature.
