Julinda Beqiraj

Julinda Beqiraj joined the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in February 2014 as Research Fellow in the Rule of Law. She previously was lecturer of two courses on international and European economic institutions and post-doc fellow at the legal sciences Department, at the University of Trento. She was also teaching assistant in EU Law and International Organizations at the Free University of Bolzano, Italy. Dr. Beqiraj has been a visiting fellow at the Institute for the Study of International Migration at the Georgetown University, Washington D. C. where she carried out her work on international migration and the rights of migrant workers. She has worked on several team research projects, dealing with: liberalization of services in Europe, the ILO and child labour, terror and terrorism in armed conflicts, democratization of international organizations.
