Davit Sahakyan

Davit Sahakyan received his PhD in International Studies in February 2016. His PhD thesis examines the implications of the recently proliferating North-South preferential trade agreements for developing and emerging economies, with a specific focus on Latin America and East Asia. Davit’s research interests include trade policy, the political economy of trade, the political and economic drivers of multilateral and preferential trade liberalization, North-South relations, and North-South power asymmetries.
