Ruzza Alice

In 2013 Alice defended her doctoral dissertation on “Indirect Expropriation in International Investment Law”. During her studies, she was a Visiting Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg) and at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law (Cambridge).
Her main research interests are international investment law, international arbitration, international environmental law and international law of natural resources. She has published in the areas of international investment law and transboundary exploitation of natural resources.
Alice received a B.A. in “European & Transnational Legal Studies” and a J.D. in “Law” (Cum Laude) from the University of Trento.
She speaks Italian at native fluency and has an excellent knowledge of English, a good knowledge of Spanish and a working knowledge of German.
