Science, technology and innovation for sustainable development

The main objective is to investigate how European Union (EU) policies handle the SDGs: policy documents are processed using text mining and
language processing techniques to identify relevant SDG and targets within the text. The tool identifies the number of EU policies that address each goal and target, and provides details on which goals and targets are connected to each policy, allowing to identify more crosscutting initiatives. Data from the RISIS infrastructure, which includes 16 datasets on Science, technology and Innovation policy Studies at the European level, will be used.
