We present here the technical features and functional equipment of the University’s conference and meeting rooms, listing them department by department. Various spaces are available to third parties. Department of Economics and Management
The building in via Inama, 5 is the seat of the Economics and Management Department and has several rooms available, of different size, to accommodate 20 to 250 people. All rooms are equipped with video projector and personal computer.
It is possible to set up a registration desk and catering space in the lobby.

Law Department
The Law Department has conference and meeting rooms with seating capacity between 10 and 300 people.
To welcome participants and offer coffee breaks or buffet lunches, it is possible to set up a registration desk and catering space in the lobby.

Department of Humanities/School of International Studies
The building housing the Department of Humanities and the School of International Studies in via Tommaso Gar, 14 has over 30 meeting rooms with different capacity to seat 30 up to 330 people. Every room is equipped with computer, video projector and wired microphone (this is the minimum equipment). A number of rooms also have video recording equipment and are connected via a control room.
There are many areas in the building where it is possible to set up a registration desk and to organize coffee breaks.

The building housing the department of Sociology and Social Research, in via Verdi, 26 has a number of rooms available for conferences, meetings and ceremonies, to accommodate from 25 up to 180 people.
All rooms are equipped with video projector, computer with video appliances, microphones, and can be connected through video conferencing.

Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering
The building in via Mesiano, 77 offers various rooms of different size for conferences and meetings, with a capacity from 20 to 250 people.
All rooms are equipped with video projector. In most rooms the equipment includes wireless microphone, video projector connected to a computer, video conferencing equipment and audio and video recording equipment, overhead projector for transparencies.
