We present here the technical features and functional equipment of the University’s conference and meeting rooms, listing them department by department. Various spaces are available to third parties. Department of Economics and Management

via Inama 5, Trento

The building in via Inama, 5 is the seat of the Economics and Management Department and has several rooms available, of different size, to accommodate 20 to 250 people. All rooms are equipped with video projector and personal computer.
It is possible to set up a registration desk and catering space in the lobby.

Law Department

via Verdi 53, Trento

The Law Department has conference and meeting rooms with seating capacity between 10 and 300 people.
To welcome participants and offer coffee breaks or buffet lunches, it is possible to set up a registration desk and catering space in the lobby.

	Conference room Where: ground floor Seating capacity: 80 Suitable for: congresses, ceremonies Equipment: Internet live streaming service, audio and video recording, video projector, can be connected through video conferencing to rooms A and B.
	Room A/Room B Where: basement floor Seating capacity: 175 Suitable for: congresses, ceremonies Equipment: booth for simultaneous interpreting, control room, audio and video recording system, closed circuit cameras and video conferencing equipment, phone line, Internet. Rooms A and B can be connected through video conferencing.

Department of Humanities/School of International Studies

via Tommaso Gar 14, Trento

The building housing the Department of Humanities and the School of International Studies in via Tommaso Gar, 14 has over 30 meeting rooms with different capacity to seat 30 up to 330 people. Every room is equipped with computer, video projector and wired microphone (this is the minimum equipment). A number of rooms also have video recording equipment and are connected via a control room.
There are many areas in the building where it is possible to set up a registration desk and to organize coffee breaks.

Department of Sociology and Social Research

via Verdi 26, Trento

The building housing the department of Sociology and Social Research, in via Verdi, 26 has a number of rooms available for conferences, meetings and ceremonies, to accommodate from 25 up to 180 people.
All rooms are equipped with video projector, computer with video appliances, microphones, and can be connected through video conferencing.

Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering

via Mesiano 77, Trento

The building in via Mesiano, 77 offers various rooms of different size for conferences and meetings, with a capacity from 20 to 250 people.
All rooms are equipped with video projector. In most rooms the equipment includes wireless microphone, video projector connected to a computer, video conferencing equipment and audio and video recording equipment, overhead projector for transparencies.

The buildings in via Sommarive have 5 meeting rooms with a seating capacity of 78 each and room B107-Conference Room.
All rooms are equipped with video projector and wireless microphone system.
It is possible to arrange a registration desk and catering space in various areas.

The department has various meeting rooms, to accommodate 20 to 250 people. All rooms are equipped with video projector and computer.
It is possible to set up a registration desk and catering space for coffee and lunch breaks in the area out of the chosen room.
