The module intends to illustrate what Open Access is, why it was born, purposes and advantages, how to find bibliographic resources in Open Access, how to publish in Open Access, Open Access as a legal requirement in Italy and in research projects (PRIN, H2020, HEurope), the relationship between Open Access and intellectual property, copyright and Creative Commons Licences

The module intends to provide practical guidance on IRIS as a single point of entry of the University's scientific publications for local and national evaluations, and as a tool to comply with the Open Access requirements of the new University Policy on Open Science and funded research projects (e.g. in relation to OpenAIRE), also in relation to intellectual property, copyright and Creative Commons Licences.
