The electronic Submission Service is available by selecting the Type of Action of interest in the Funding and Tender Opportunities Portal call home page.
Before starting a new Draft proposal (administrative forms and technical annexes) you have:
- to login on the Portal with EU Login credentials (required for submitting proposals, signing grants, managing project throughout its lifecycle, registering as expert advising the Commission);
- to know the PIC (Participant Identification Code) of your organization (required in the consortium set-up step).
