The Erasmus+ Programme allows non-academic staff mobility from organizations both in a Programme Country (European countries) and in a Partner Country (non-European countries) to UniTrento. In the download box you can find the list of universities with which UniTrento has signed an Erasmus+ agreement for staff mobility in a Partner Country (non-European countries). For mobility between Programme Countries Erasmus+ agreement is not required.

Who can participate 
Non-academic staff (employed by institutions) can spend a training period or observation mobility at the University of Trento. The purposes of the mobility are exchanging skills, enriching the school offer, providing students and teachers with different approaches. 

Programme Countries 

A contribution of EU or university funds  for travel, room and board expenses can be provided by participants’ Home Institution.
Staff mobility for training or for teaching is based exclusively on the Mobility Agreement. 

Partner Countries

Duration: 5 days + 2 travelling days.
Funding: European Commission guarantees 160€/day (travelling days are counted in the total amount) and a flat-rate contribution for the travel, depending on distance (see the table in the download box) which is paid . 
Application: Administrative staff mobility should be nominated by the international offices of the sending institution to the UniTrento international office using the online nomination tool. The sending institution is responsible for choosing its outgoing staff through fair and transparent selection, as envisage in the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education, awarded to UniTrento, to which principles partner institutions have to comply with.
