REGISTRATION
The registration deadline is 6th of March, 2015 h. 12.00 (Italian time).
The registration fee (€ 300,00) covers the winter school kit, entry to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, welcome drink, social events.
If you plan to bring some accompanying persons to the event, please choose the double/triple room option and indicate how many people are joining. Also we would like to ask you to contact the organizers topolight2015@unitn.it to finalize the booking of an accompanying person/persons. The accommodation and meals of an accompanying person/persons must be settled onsite at the hotel reception.

Participants associated with the University of Trento
(Master Students, Phd Students, Researchers, Professors etc) must download this form and send it by e-mail or fax to the Organizing Secretary completely filled and signed by their Responsible of the funds. When registering they will have
to select the corresponding registration fee (equal to euro 0.00) and the payment method "Free" (it will be made an internal payment).
VISA ASSISTANCE
Citizen having passports from certain countries need a visa to Italy. If you need any assistance to obtain your visa, please contact us as soon as possible (indicate your address, date and place of birth, your passport
