INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
PRESENTATIONS
Oral Presentations
The time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion. Speakers and session chairs are requested to strictly adhere to this schedule in order to finish sessions on time and to
permit participants to move successfully from one session to another.
All conference rooms will be equipped with a computer projection system (LCD projector and PC with Windows, PowerPoint, Windows Media Player
and Adobe Acrobat reader). Speakers are required to allow adequate time prior to their sessions to load and check their presentations on the designated computer. A local staff member will be available for help.
Speakers are requested to meet their session chairs in the scheduled conference room 10 minutes before the beginning of the session.
Poster Presentations
In order to give to Authors of accepted posters the opportunity to show their poster highlights to the audience, two brief poster shot-presentation sessions are scheduled before the display of printed posters in the
poster area. A time of two minutes is allocated for the oral presentation of each poster.
To optimize these shot-presentation sessions, authors of accepted posters are asked to create short power point presentations
(maximum of three slides) and submit these no later than two weeks before the conference.
The power point template for poster shot-presentations is now available in the download box.
Please keep the format of the template (three slides, first slide with title/authors information only) while preparing your short ppt presentation
The maximum size of printed posters is A0 (i.e. 1188 x 840 mm), arranged in portrait (vertical) orientation.

If you still have to fill the IEEE copyright transfer form for your accepted paper, please do it following the instructions below. Do not forget to send us a copy of the filled copyright form.
