Take a picture at the Facoltiadi and send it to the University by 10 June: you may receive a prize and your picture will be published on the information channel of the University!
Regulation
Pictures are welcome from all UniTrento students.
Participants must be pre-authorized by all people on their picture to publish and disclose the image.
The contest is open between 6 and 10 June 2014. All pictures submitted before or after these dates will automatically be excluded from the contest.
To participate send your picture to webteam [at] unitn.it - please include one picture only per email - and add your contacts as detailed in the terms of participation.
Terms of participation
Participants may submit up to maximum 5 pictures. Registrations shall be emailed to webteam [at] unitn.it (one picture per email). Every email shall include the following information:
- Name and surname of the photographer
- Date of birth
- Email address and phone number
- Name of the study course
- Enrolment number
- Title of each picture
- Authorization to the treatment of personal information, as per article no. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. Such authorisation will be used only if the photographer wins the contest.
The provided information will be used only for the purpose of this contest. The submitted images may be used by UniTrento also in future publications, respecting the copyright.
Participants are required to submit colour pictures, without any digital manipulation, frames or text. Maximum size: 8 MB. Minimum resolution: 300 dpi. The title of the picture shall be connected with the sports event held in Piné: https://unitrentosport.unitn.it/edizioni-passate.
Evaluation committee and prizes
The Evaluation committee will be made of the Communication staff of UniTrento. It will select the best pictures and award the prizes, according to the aesthetics of the pictures, the interpretation of the topic and the respect of the participation criteria established by the Regulation.
The prizes are as follows:
1st position: a TopSport UniTn jumper
2nd position: 1 cap + 1 T-shirt + 1 UniTrento 2GB USB stick
3rd position: 1 mug + 1 T-shirt + 1 UniTrento pen.
Winners will be contacted via email around mid-June and then officially announced on the University Facebook and UNI.Sport pages.
The decision of the Evaluation committee is final. If winners cannot be contacted, UniTrento has the right to contact other participants and award them the prizes, according to their position in the shortlist.
Copyright
The images must be individually produced by each participant. Every participant must be the sole proprietor of the copyright of the sent images.
The University has the right to exclude a participant at all times, if she/he is believed to have violated this Regulation.
The participation in the contest automatically gives to UniTrento the non-exclusive license of use and dissemination of images.
