- Visa and Stay Permit procedure (contacts with Agenzia del Lavoro, Questura and Italian Consulate abroad);

- Welcome and support the new research employees for procedures related to civil registry, health insurance card, Stay Permit procedure; registration to gestione separata INPS, fiscal code;
- Canteen card, Unitn passwords
