Sandro Nicolas Schraudolph

Sandro Nicolas Schraudolph is a PhD student at the School of International Studies of the University of Trento. His research interests include conflict studies, international security, and political violence in both domestic and international contexts. Specifically, his doctoral research focuses on the connection of international conflict and domestic radicalization processes. He holds an MA (1,62) in Political Science from the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen/Nürnberg with a final dissertation on the relationship of domestic terrorism and external conflicts. He took part in the academic exchange year program of the DAAD and spent two semesters studying at the Duke University Graduate School in North Carolina, USA focusing on security, peace, and conflict studies. He further holds a BA from the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen/Nürnberg in Sociology/Political Science.
