She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Interdisciplinary Centre of Gender Studies at the University of Trento. Her PhD thesis is a political ethnography of Northern League (an Italian political party), dealing with the organizational and cultural construction of militantism and political participation in the party. Her research interests deal with political ethnography; gender, masculinity and political participation; study of political party with an organizational approach, safety, well-being, particularly in relation to and temporary work.
