He is Lecturer at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the Faculty of Sociology of the Trento University, where he teaches Sociology of Technological Phenomena and Sociology of Economic and Labour Processes (at the faculty of Cognitive Science of the Trento University – Rovereto district).
He is a senior member of the Research Unit on Communication, Organizational Learning and Aesthetics of the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the Trento University, where he has defended his PhD thesis on the sociality of objects (2003).
His research interests regard particularly the study of work and organizing practices, technological phenomena, the construction of gender in the workplace, qualitative methodologies, phenomenological and interactionist sociology.
