Annalisa Murgia is the Principal Investigator of the ERC Starting Grant 2016 Project SHARE – Seizing the Hybrid Areas of work by Re-presenting self-Employment (2017-2022).
She is the Scientific Coordinator of the EU-FP7 project GARCIA - Gendering the Academy and Research: combating Career Instability and Asymmetries (2014-2017).
She teaches Human Resources Management in the Master degree in "Management of organizations and territorial networks" and Organization of Social Services and Human Resources Management in the Master degree in "Methodology, Organization and Evaluation of Social Services" at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento.
Her research interests focus on the phenomena of precarization, feminization and de-materialization of work and the multiple interactions between individuals and organizations.
In 2012 - 2013 she worked at the UCL (Belgium) with a Marie Sklodowska Curie Incoming Postdoctoral Fellowship.
