He holds a PhD in "Information Systems and Organization" (University of Trento) and he's a tenured researcher at Fondazione Bruno Kessler. His research activity focuses on the work with/around the electronic medical infrastructures and information systems of both professionals and laypeople.

• Methodology of qualitative research, with special attention to participant observation
