She is the coordinator of the Center of Interdisciplinary Gender Studies of the University of Trento and Vice-Rector for Equality and Diversity.
She is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research, where she teaches Sociology of Work and Sociology of Organizations and she is member of the Doctoral School in Social Sciences.
She has several experiences in national and international research projects about the social construction of gender in organizations, about gender and technology and about work-life balance. In particular she coordinated TSER, EQUAL, LEONARDO, SOCRATES and FP7 projects.
