Cittadino Federica

Dr. Federica Cittadino (PhD, University of Trento 2017) is a Senior Researcher at the Institute for Comparative Federalism of Eurac Research, Bolzano, Italy. Her research interests include the study of environmental law and governance in multilevel systems, biodiversity law, climate change law, and environmental justice. On these topics, she authored several peer-reviewed publications and was invited as a speaker at international conferences. She is the author of ‘Incorporating IndigenousRights in the International Regime on Biodiversity Protection’ (Brill 2019) and one of the co-editors of ‘Climate Change Integration in the MultilevelGovernance of Italy and Austria’ (Brill 2022). Since March 2023, Federica has been the scientific coordinator of the research project 'TRANSNATURE, Transboundary governance models of biodiversity protection: case studies for an enhanced protection of natural resources in Europe' (Biodiversa+Joint call 2021-2022).
