Baldarelli Margherita

Margherita Baldarelli is a PhD Alumna at the School of International Studies, University of Trento. She holds an LLM in Law and a BA in International Organizations and Public Law from the University of Turin, and an MSc in Comparative Law, Economics and Finance from the International University College of Turin. She has been an exchange student at the European Law School of Maastricht University and at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Her research interests include environmental law and the commons, with an emphasis on use and management of land in global south countries.
