Applications are welcome from students who have completed the first year of the Màster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (access from Grado en Ingeniería Civil/Bachelor in Civil Engineering) and have an A2 level of Italian.
Candidates can apply for the degree in Civil Engineering at the Department of Civil, Environmental and Mechanical Engineering of UniTrento.
The mobility lasts 2 or 3 semesters (60 credits+thesis).
The courses of the master's in Civil Engineering are mostly in Italian. Some course material can be provided in English and exams may be in English.
Students participating in the programme pay their tuition fees to UPV. Students must also purchase 3 tax stamps of 16 euro each for administrative procedures (available from post offices, banks and tobacconists)
The thesis must be co-supervised by professors of both Institutions and can be carried out and defended at UniTrento. The thesis committee should include a member from the partner Institution.
The thesis is worth 12 credits.
At the end of the double degree course, students obtain:
- a Máster de Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos from UPV, and
- a Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Civile from UniTrento.
