The Collège de France, located in Paris, is a prestigious research institute that aims to create a forum for teaching and research of excellence within the international scientific community.
Its main focus is on historiography and philological research, as well as in mathematics, physics, life sciences.
What makes the Collège unique in its approach can be summarized in the phrase "knowledge in the making in every field of literature, science and the arts". Its motto is "Non pas des vérités acquises, mais l'idée d'une recherche libre" (Maurice Merleau-Ponty).
In the framework of this collaboration agreement, UniTrento cofinances a one-month period of study or research at the Collège de France through the Marguerite Program.
Who can apply?
- UniTrento doctoral students;
- research fellows and contract researchers from UniTrento.
Funding
UniTrento covers round-trip travel expenses (Trento-Paris), while the Hugot Foundation of the Collège de France provides a reimbursement for accommodation costs in Paris up to a maximum amount.
