The University aims to create an inclusive environment for all its employees and staff members, including people with permanent or temporary disabilities, learning difficulties, other special needs, to give everyone the right to receive training and to participate in the various dimensions of university life: learning, research, access to services and facilities, participation in events, relations with the student community and the faculty.

The Inclusion service for staff has been established with this in mind, to ensure equal opportunities for all in the working environment, providing personalized support while ensuring complete confidentiality.

The Service promotes the participation of the university community and external guests in events and initiatives organized by the University, working side by side with the other university services and facilities in the same area.

The Service welcomes proposals and suggestions.

The Inclusion Service for staff is open to:

  • administrative and technical staff
  • teaching and research staff
  • teaching and research staff on temporary contracts
  • holders of research grants
  • holders of research contracts
  • linguistic experts.

Welcome and assistance
Welcome meetings for staff coming back after long periods of illness, or following the diagnosis of a chronic or life-limiting illness.

Assistance with selection procedures
Provision of information on selection procedures and on the possibility of using compensatory tools and additional time during the tests.

Assistance and aids for the workplace
To ensure accessibility and usability, staff can obtain adaptive technologies and support.

Accessible materials
The materials necessary to carry out the work can be provided in an accessible format.

Office support
Support in the management of any critical issues that may arise during the work.

University study
Studying with these goals in mind:

  • to promote the exchange of experiences and good practices among universities;
  • to design and organise inclusive events, training and awareness-raising activities;
  • to provide support for the use of an inclusive language.

International mobility
Information and support in identifying and organising international mobility exchanges.
