As a UniTrento student, you can contact the Psychological Counselling Service to share your concerns and learn to prevent and resolve any mental health issues you may encounter during your studies.
Counselling includes:
- free individual listening and discussion sessions for our student community;
- group sessions on anxiety management, to reflect together on the emotions, thoughts and behaviours associated with it;
- group sessions on study methods for students with special needs, in which different strategies for university study are discussed and applied together;
- seminars and meetings to promote well-being and raise awareness on issues of psychological and social relevance.

A space for discussion for those who find themselves in a moment of need on issues such as sexual orientation, gender identity, affective and sexual relationships, in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Psychological counselling meetings can be held:

- in Rovereto at the Observation, Diagnosis and Education Laboratory, in Via Matteo del Ben 5/B
- online.
