UniTrento is part of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities-ECIU which groups together research-intensive universities that dedicate particular attention to innovation, creativity and social impact.
Applications are welcome from research fellows and doctoral students at UniTrento.
At the discretion of the participants, depending on the research project (minimum 5 days, excluding travel). For exchanges lasting longer than 30 days it is necessary to obtain the approval of your department or centre.
Applications accompanied by a research project which has already been approved by the host university will be accepted for as long as funds are available.
This initiative is not compatible with periods of leave for study or research which have already been authorised by the department or centre.

It is possible to present expressions of interest in undertaking an exchange at one of ECIU's partner universities by sending an email to the International Relations Division ([email protected]) and attaching the application form, duly completed and authorised by your supervisor or by the director of your Department or Centre.
At the end of the visit, participants will have to submit a final report in which they indicate the potential calls identified with the host researchers, the reasons for the application and a provisional timeline for a possible shared application for the funded projects.
