The grant amount is equal to 850 euro/month. - Short term mobility: 5 to 30 days for PhD, or blendend mobility for students (usually 14 days for short programmes).
The grant is equal to 79 euro/day for the first 14 days euro (56 euros from the 15th day of stay).
In any case, students receive a lump sum for travel expenses and the participants with fewer opportunities are entitled to a top-up, (see table in the download box).
Before the start of the mobility, the students:

- must sign a grant agreement with UniTrento, to receive the grant.
Incoming students will be fully supported in the organization of their mobility to Trento by the Mobility and the International offices and will have access to the same services offered to UniTrento students.
Students may be granted accommodation on campus (based on availability, and only for long-term mobility) or receive advice on how to find a place to stay.
For more information about the services available at UniTrento please visit the Services and Facilities page.

Within 2 months from their return, students will have to send UniTrento the transcript of records provided by their the home university, as proof of the transfer of credits.
In case there is no official recognition in the transcript of records, partner universities are required to fill out the "Credit transfer declaration" document (see below) and send it to UniTrento International Office to close the procedure.
