Why TALETE?
LThe strong interdependence inherent in the global context requires an increasing number of professionals who are capable of interacting positively with the complexity that characterizes our time.
At the same time, the labour market requires people capable of combining specific technical knowledge with a predisposition for openness towards the international context and with the transversal skills necessary to fit into complex work contexts.
International cooperation offers an opportunity to develop these soft skills while broadening the scope to global interdependence and contributing to maintaining a social climate in which it is possible to relate positively to others.
TALETE objectives
- to strengthen the international vocation of those admitted.
- to enrich their professional profile through the acquisition of intercultural and transversal skills.
- to increase their employability in the sectors of international cooperation, interculturality and community development, territorial stimulation, and more generally, in the world of work, with specific reference to companies operating internationally.
What is the commitment for TALETE?
The commitment required corresponds to a total of 24 additional CFU (equivalent to 5 months of additional activities) spread over approximately two years.
Places available and admission requirements
There are 15 places available

Interviews and assessment groups will take place in person in Trento between 23 October and 4 November 2024.
Admission ranking list and place confirmation
The minimum score for admission to the Honours Programme is 65/100.
The admission ranking list will be published by 11 November 2024.
Candidates admitted must confirm their intention to participate in the program within 5 days of the date of publication of the outcome of the selection. Failure to confirm this will be considered as a withdrawal.
Any positions that may become available following withdrawal will be made available according to the ranking list.
Individual study path and supervision
TALETE offers admitted students individual and group support through course tutors who will guide them both in their training and in their field and internship experiences. An individual training plan will be developed taking into consideration the knowledge and skills already acquired through previous education activities and experiences.
Once selected, each participant contacts their tutor to develop their individual training plan, which will be approved by the coordinator, with possible supervision by the course directors. Positive progress on the course will be checked through regular evaluations established in the individual study plan (PFI).
Any changes to the PFI can be agreed upon later.
Thesis and Internship
Theses and Internship theses in international and transnational contexts and post-graduate internships in commercial and non-profit organisations are founding elements of TALETE.
The experience abroad allows the participants to increase their awareness of international dynamics and sustainable development issues, to experience and strengthen the transversal skills learned during the classroom lessons, as well as to enhance their sectoral and technical knowledge.
The post-graduate internship offers an opportunity for a first work experience.
