You may withdraw from your PhD course at any time by completing the withdrawal form and sending it to the PhD coordinator and to the PhD Courses and Higher Education Support Division concerned. The withdrawal is irrevocable.

Following withdrawal, the PhD student loses the right to benefit from the scholarship for the portion not due.
