With the Italian Science Fund - FIS, the Ministry of University and Research supports important scientific projects to promote the development of fundamental research, like the European Research Council (ERC) does at the EU level. Project proposals can be submitted by early-career (Starting Grant), emerging (Consolidator Grant) or experienced (Advanced Grant) researchers.
In 2024 the call was launched for the third time. For more information visit the Ministry website.
