To be admitted to subsequent years of a PhD, there must be a deliberation by the Teaching Board. Each PhD student must therefore request enrolment for the following year through the online procedure sent by the PhD Office, after the admissions deliberation.

To complete enrolment, you will have to pay the provincial “Right to University Study - TDS” fee, unless you are exempt.

If you are a non-EU citizen, you will have to upload a copy of your valid residence permit to Esse3Web (or a receipt for renewal). If the documents are not uploaded by the deadline, you will not be able to access University services. You will find further details on the residence permit page.
