MASTER'S INFORMATION
"DIPROM" is a second level Master's program offered by the Faculty of Law, the Department of Sociology and Social Research and the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences.
The course in brief
CONTENT AND REQUIREMENTS
To apply, candidates must have already obtained:
- a degree awarded under the previous regulation (prior to DM 509/1999);
- a specialist or master's degree, or a single-cycle master's degree;
- an equivalent academic qualification obtained abroad (master's degree) that is considered suitable by the current legislation.
Undergraduates who plan to graduate before the beginning of the teaching activities may also apply.
Those who do not possess the qualification required by the announcement but have significant professional experience may also participate as “uditori” (maximum 12).
Enrollment in the Master's programme is compatible with simultaneous enrollment in two courses of study if the two courses meet the compatibility requirements established by the Ministry of University and Research (M.D. 930/2022 Articles 2 and 3). The objective of the master's program is to offer adequate knowledge and an effective working method to those who intend to approach the legal, social and administrative professions variously related to the management of the migratory phenomenon, so that they can acquire the ability to deal with the multiple problems posed by the reception and accompaniment of migrant people in the various territorial communities with the necessary competence.
The master's program will be held between January and December 2026.
Students who have regularly participated in the master’s activities, passed the teaching assessment tests, concluded the internship and passed the final exam will be awarded the second level University Master's Degree in "Diritto e Politiche delle Migrazioni (DIRPOM)".
"Uditori" cannot take exams, present the project work, or acquire university credits but will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
The registration fee is 3,500.00 euros (plus one 16.00 euros stamp duty) to be paid in two instalments, the first of 2,016.00 euros to confirm acceptance of the place, the second of 1,500.00 euros by 30 June 2026.
Five scholarships that entail the exemption from the second instalment of the registration fee, will be awarded by the Master's Board to the candidates who will have obtained the best score in the selection phase, will be awarded.
Any scholarships made available by external organizations will be awarded by the Master's Board based on merit, student profile, and the criteria established by the sponsoring organizations.
The registration fee for the admitted auditors is 1,000.00 euros (including the stamp duty of 16.00 euros), to be paid when candidates confirm the acceptance of the place.
Admission to the master's program is through a call.

- the deadlines;
- costs and scholarships.
APPLY
Application forms for the master's programme must be submitted exclusively by filling in the online procedure by noon of 30 November 2025.
In the application you should upload:
- certificate or self-certification of university degree, including taken exams, grades, and dates;
- curriculum vitae et studiorum;
- motivation letter (short essay explaining the choice made);
- any certificates of foreign language proficiency (B1 level of English is preferred)
