UniTrento promotes and organizes training courses for PhD students, faculty, research staff and administrative and technical staff, on different aspects of research, in particular to consolidate transversal skills that can be useful in the design and management of a research project. 

Research Integrity and Ethics, and more broadly, standards relating to Responsible Research and Innovation, are intrinsically linked to the quality and credibility of research, as well as its impact on society and the academic community. The growing importance of this connection at national, European, and international level, combined with the many challenges it poses, raises questions that the University of Trento is committed to addressing through interdepartmental training and educational programmes involving experts, as well as the direct and interdisciplinary participation of PhD students, researchers, supervisors, and technical and administrative staff of the University. The Research Ethics and Integrity Office and the INTEGRA Research Group of the University of Trento are promoting this series of meetings with the aim of trying to provide skills and awareness to foster a culture of ethics and integrity across all levels of the academic community.
