If you are considering moving to another university:

• check the deadlines and requirements for admissions to the course you are interested in;
• check that all the results of the exams you passed at UniTrento have been registered in your academic record in Esse3, in the Career section. Write an email to the Student Support of your course of study in case any exam is missing from your records, giving details;
• when your academic record is complete, fill out your transfer application in Esse3 and pay the relevant fees within the deadline indicated in the form: Esse3 - Transfer application.

The transfer will be successful when your payment has been processed.

The deadline to complete transfer applications is normally 30 November of each year.

Step by step guide

If you want to transfer to a medical specialty school at a different university, you must: 

1. contact the university of destination and make sure that there is a place available for you before submitting an official request;
2. apply for transfer using this application for admission; 

The transfer request will be registered once you have paid the stamp duty. At this point, your request will be examined by the School Director and Council. 

If you are admitted to the following year, the transfer can take place. No transfers are authorised during the academic year. 

Application requirements

In order to apply you must:

• have paid tuition fees;
• have attended the education activities;
• not have any ongoing disciplinary proceedings;
• have completed the specialization activities of your programme;
• have strong, documented reasons for the transfer.
