Testo

The Master's aims to train experts in the field of diversity management, equity and inclusion in a wide range of public and private work contexts, including the field of human resources.

The participants will learn to create, design and implement actions and policies that aim to promote equity and valorize differences, as well as combating and preventing discrimination of any kind.

The master's degree adopts an intersectional approach in which equity policies and gender differences are analysed in their intertwining with other identity aspects that cross societies, cultures and relationships between individuals even within professional contexts.

The Master's activities, in Italian, will take place from 18 October 2024 to October 2025 mainly online in synchronous live sessions on Friday afternoon (17.00-20.00) and Saturday (morning and afternoon), with periodic face-to-face meetings to be held at the Department of Sociology and Social Research in Trento.
