UniTrento shares the priorities of the Erasmus+ programme in promoting equal opportunities and access, inclusion, diversity and equity across all its actions.

To ensure that all students can access international opportunities, the University applies selection criteria that take merit and motivation into account, assessing applications in their entirety.

In addition to long-term mobility, UniTrento offers short-term study periods abroad funded by Erasmus+. This opportunity is also designed for students who are unable to spend an extended period away from home, without giving up an international experience.

In line with national guidelines, UniTrento awards an additional grant to students with fewer opportunities. It also covers living expenses for students and staff with specific physical, mental or health-related needs, under the call published by the Italian National Erasmus+ Agency, INDIRE.

The same reimbursements apply to people with specific needs taking part in the other international mobility programmes offered by the University.
