We present here, department by department, the features and equipment of the University’s conference rooms and spaces. The spaces are also available to third parties. Reservation inquiries are examined on a case by case basis and may be emailed to [email protected].
The Department offers rooms with a seating capacity for up to 250 people. All rooms are equipped with video projector and personal computer. Registration desks can be set up and refreshments served in the area next to the chosen room.

The building housing the Department of Humanities and the School of International Studies has over 30 rooms with different capacity to seat 30 up to 330 people. Every room is equipped with computer, video projector and wired microphone (this is the minimum equipment). A number of rooms also have video recording equipment and are connected via a control room.
Registration desks can be set up in several areas of the building, coffee breaks can be organized at the ground floor (north hall and garden).
