I visited the Centro Agricoltura Alimenti Ambiente and was impressed by its friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Learning about the center’s research activities and its strong infrastructure confirmed it as an excellent environment for research in computer science and agriculture. This experience enabled me to establish valuable academic connections that will support future joint research projects. Overall, it was a very enriching experience.

Living and studying in Trento was amazing. I loved the beautiful mountain views, the charming historic center, and the peaceful atmosphere of the city. My academic experience at UniTrento was very enriching thanks to the high-quality courses, the supportive professors, and an interactive learning environment focused on practical work, discussions, and group projects. Class interaction was encouraged, and I felt free to express my opinions and ask questions.  Trento is a perfect city for exchange students: not too big or overwhelming yet offering everything needed.

My experience in Trentino and at UniTrento was extremely positive and meaningful. Trentino is a peaceful and beautiful region, surrounded by mountains and nature, and it is ideal for those who enjoy a calm lifestyle and outdoor activities. I especially appreciated the Alps, Lake Garda, and local food such as canederli. Academically, I completed a research internship in a stimulating and collaborative environment, with professors and researchers who were always open to discussion and feedback. Working on real research problems allowed me to strengthen my skills and led to the publication of a research paper, which was a major achievement for me. This experience helped me grow both personally and academically, making me more independent, culturally open, and motivated to pursue a research-oriented career in the future.

Visiting the University of Trento as a professor was a constructive and enriching experience. I had the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues at C3A and DISI, to explore impressive laboratories, and to start exploring new methods for data processing. While both Ukraine and Italy share a dynamic and unpredictable environment, our colleagues in Trento approach it by focusing on opportunities and possibilities. This constructive mindset highlighted the value of embracing uncertainty and serendipity as drivers of academic growth.
