In the framework of the 2025 Erasmus+ call, UniTrento has been awarded a total of 141 mobility grants to fund student mobility to UniTrento and faculty and staff mobility from and to partner universities that have signed the ER+ Inter-Institutional Agreement with UniTrento.
The ICM 2025 involves 34 Partner Universities from 16 countries belonging to 7 different Geographical Regions. Only students enrolled in these institutions can take part in the project’s activities.
The selection procedure
To participate in this programme:
- verify that your university is partner in the project and look for open calls on their website or by contacting your International Relations Office.
The sending institutions are responsible for selecting the students who will participate in the programme through a fair and transparent process, in accordance with the principles outlined in the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education awarded to UniTrento.
Full transparency in the dissemination and selection process must be proved by partners, that are asked to send UniTrento all documents (emails, screenshots of websites, posters etc) relating to the students' selection. A Declaration of the sending institution (see attachd document) must be filled out for each participant in the mobility and attached to the nomination. - Apply at your home university in accordance with the deadlines and requirements in place.
- Prepare your Study or Research Plan for the application:
- Courses: consult the Course Catalogue;
- Research: Identify a potential academic contact person by searching within the relevant area of expertise on the Expertise webpage. Please do not contact professors at this stage. The academic contact person may be contacted only after formal acceptance and official assignment of the mobility.
