COURSE INFORMATION
The specialization school in Neurology aims to train doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system and muscle diseases, including neurological disorders of aging and neurological development disorders.
The programme provides resident doctors with comprehensive training in the clinical and diagnostic management of neurological diseases, as they learn the specialized skills required to treat patients with complex neurological conditions.

- Centro NEMO, Pergine;
- Ospedale IRCCS San Camillo, Venezia Lido.

Admission to medical specialization schools is by competitive selection. Applicants must:
- hold a degree in Medicine and Surgery;
- be licensed to practice medicine by the start date of the teaching activities;
- pass the national admission competition, based on qualifications and an exam, which is launched every year by the Ministry of University and Research.

The call (Bando di ammissione dei medici alle scuole di specializzazione di area sanitaria) is published annually on page dedicated to specialisation schools the Ministry's website.
In line with the provisions of ministerial decrees on medical specialization schools, admission to specialization schools is one academic year behind other courses of study.
Applications for the national competition must be submitted online: login to the Universitaly website and follow the directions provided in the call.
