Neuropsicologia
COURSE INFORMATION
The Specialization School in Neuropsychology of the University of Trento trains specialists in psychology that will focus on the diagnosis, rehabilitation and management of cognitive and behavioural disorders connected to congenital or acquired brain lesions, both in developmental age and in adulthood and old age.
The programme integrates theoretical training, clinical practice and supervised psychotherapeutic work.
The course in brief
DESCRIPTION
The School is part of the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science of the University of Trento (DiPSCo), and collaborates with the Center for Mind/Brain Sciences (CIMeC). The activities are coordinated by the School's Director and Board, which is composed of faculty members and by the representatives of residents.
Primary training site:
- Center for Neurocognitive Rehabilitation (CeRiN);
- Observation, Diagnosis and Training Laboratory (ODFLab) of the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science of the University of Trento (DiPSCo).
Partner and supplementary training facilities:
- facilities of the National Healthcare System or of affiliated organizations.
Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Master's degree in Psychology (class LM-51 or class 58/S),
- Laurea in Psicologia (if before Ministerial Decree 509/1999).
Be licensed to practice as a psychologist by the dates stated in the call for applications.
